Our hiring process is people-driven. We communicate at every step, so you’ll know where your application stands.

When you apply
All active recruitment efforts will include a specific job listing on this page. When you submit an application, you will receive an automated confirmation email that your application was received. Our hiring team reviews the applications, and if there’s a potential fit, we’ll reach out by email to schedule an initial conversation.
Interview process
Typically, the first conversation is an information-gathering phone call, during which you can share your relevant experience and receive a high-level overview of the company and position. The exact hiring process may vary for each role, but a common example of a next-round interview is a video call with the hiring manager to dig deeper into the day-to-day expectations of the role and your qualifications.
Receiving an offer
When it’s time to make an offer, the hiring manager and/or recruiter will call you to extend a verbal offer, pending a background check. After you clear the background check, we’ll send the formal offer in writing to your email using a secure signing software.
For your security
Decide will never ask you for sensitive information such as SSN or taxpayer ID at the start of the application process. Necessary identifying details will only be securely collected after a verbal offer is made. We'll use these details as part of the identity verification, background check, and onboarding processes. Decide will never ask you for payment or bank details at any point during your application process. Necessary payroll details will only be securely collected after a formal offer letter has been accepted.
